Cost wise, I work on a €1:£1 basis +10% (contribution to covering the customs fees, usually 23% but I cover part) per item and then a £10 postage and pickup fee per trip (not per item) within the UK - contact me for International shipping costs. Everything is above board, with customs and taxes all paid (watch out for shoppers who don't charge a fee as they won't be paying the tax), and no risk.  Nothing to pay upfront either; only once I have your item will I pop over a payment request. If the item is not available I let you know after every trip and you can choose to roll it over.
